Why can't I access my Apple Music replay?

When I go to access my Apple Music replay it says I need an active subscription when I have one. Same thing happened last year and I was told it was fixed and it’s not

Hi! I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay, but I don’t get in. It says you need an active subscription. I do have an active subscription. I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay. I have an active subscription and have had this for almost three years. I couldn’t see my replay last year either. When I try so see it it comes a text at the bottom saying “replay requires an active subscription to Apple Music.” But as I dab above, I’ve had an active subscription for over almost three years now.
