a link is provided as well! I don’t even open the link and I delete and report as scam! I can also include the emails I’ve sent reporting such! Apple you need to figure out a way for these asshats to stop! It’s causing anxiety for no reason and I’m healing from knee surgery! Trying to but I now keep my phone on dnd!! For this very reason, causing me to miss vital calls and messages!

These are the responses I get! Nothing else!! I have two factor set up for everything and Face ID set up as well! I’m seriously thinking of taking it to the next step because you APPLE refuse to do anything! Getting help from Alice person is found to be useless as well! I can also prove all sites I visit when I do search, but mainly watching YouTube videos and Facebook videos or reels! Or TikTok! I’m old and wise very cautious but yet this still happens!

This is a user-to-user forum. Apple doesn't participate here. When you send the information to Apple, they will respond with an automated email. However they still have the information that you sent and will act on it however they do.

Everyone gets spam texts. It doesn't mean you've done anything wrong or that anyone knows anything about you. The spammers send them out to everyone. There's really not much you can do about it at this point. You can enable Settings>Apps>Messages>Filter Unknown Senders. That will, most of the time, send that sort of message to a different folder.

I wanted to add! When I get these scam messages, I DO NOT even open the message at all! I screenshot the message as seen above, I then send an email to Apple phishing and I report it to my cell carrier. I then slide the message to the left, hit delete and then I select delete and report as junk! Yet the same number comes in and various other numbers with similar messages! I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max, at which by the way, Apple is slowing down! It’s been proven and I can’t afford another phone right now! I’m getting highly annoyed and nothing gets done unless thousands of people report similar issues!

Well, firstly, thank you for responding! I was simply expressing my frustration!! Whether Apple is active on their “Apple community forum” or not, which they should, it’s beyond frustrating! Before I switched to Apple ( when the android- Samsung note 7 caused issues) it’s been on and off for years and you’d think with their knowledge and capabilities they can find a way to prevent this! I never ever had such issues on android!

How can they still do so well, knowing they also purposely slow older models down to force us to buy the “newest” phones!

As you see I’m simply expressing my frustration and opinions!

But thank you

As I explained that’s exactly what I do, but I shouldn’t have to inconvenience myself by checking a “folder” I’m just going to get away with all Apple devices and they’re not reliable and they sneak things into the update the violate many things! No further reply needed

Apple can't stop spam. Any device you buy that can get email or messages will get spam. If you think otherwise, I have a very beautiful bridge in Brooklyn you might like to buy.
