I just upgraded from 14 pro to 16 pro and installed latest update IOS 18.1.1. I can not add cards to wallet through the wallet app, I just get the spinning icon. My Apple Card is showing up in the app but doesn’t show recent transactions. I tried removing the card via settings and adding it back, but when I log in I just get the spinning icon.
Please do a forced restart of your iPhone. A forced restart does much more than just turning your iPhone off and back on. So, please follow the steps in the Apple Support article I shared the link to below.

Do you use a VPN or ever had VPN software or a VPN profile on either iPhone?
Previous cards can take several minutes. Please be patient.
I have never used a VPN
I have tried a force restart before following the steps above and tried it again just now. I’m still getting the same spinning icon.
I’ve managed to get to the next step - it took almost 20mins. Now it’s checking for “Previous Cards”. I’ll be patient and wait a little longer.. I’ll reply back if and when its done loading
I waited patiently, unfortunately, the phone gave up loading and nothing happened. Maybe I should just completely erase everything and start over, but I’m not sure if that would solve the issue
