iPhone 12-64GB storage issues

I purchased the 2TB iCloud storage for $9.99 per month plan for my daughter’s phone. It’s still telling me that her storage is full and cannot accept more content or new downloads.

any suggestions would be helpful thank you

You could buy a billion GB of iCloud Storage and it won't add space to your daughters iPhone. iPhone storage is fixed at purchase. Once purchased you got a phone with 64GB of memory. The phone will always have 64GB of memory.

You likely really didn't need to buy 2TB of iCloud Storage, since it really won't do what you hoped it would. All iCloud Storage does is permit you to sync more data with iCloud, when the 5GB of free data you were given doesn't meet your iCloud Storage needs. If your daughters phone is out of memory, she'll need to delete things off her phone she doesn't need or use, such as Apps, Music, Photos, Files, Messages, Email, etc.
