Ipod pro 2 does not have hearing test
There are no options in setting to take the hearing test in my new ipod pro 2 ?

I assume that you mean the Airpods Pro 2 (as there is no such thing as iPod Pro 2 and Apple no longer make any iPod), in which case, I suggest that you read the following Apple Support article, Use hearing health features in Health on iPad – Apple Support (UK).
The article mentions several important points:
- the iPad that you're using with the AirPods Pro 2 requires iOS 18.1 to be installed on it
- the Hearing Test feature is not available in every country or region. In fact, it looks as though the app is only currently available (on the day of writing, which is 5th December 2024) in the U.S. and Canada
- the hearing test feature is restricted to those of 18 years or older, so if your account identifies you as under 18, it won't be available to you
