I have an Apple series 8 has been great until I dropped it a short fall maybe 4 ft but now it won’t charge it was charging now for three hours and it has reduced from 79 to 76 % I checked the trouble shooting guide it’s not on low power mode I don’t see any cracks on the charging part I’ve tried different chargers and restarted it still at 76 %

If you have dropped it there could well be hardware issues with the watch I am afraid. If you cannot get it to charge with the troubleshooting tips I am afraid all you can do is Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your watch
