iPhone 8 stuck in DFU mode after iOS update

yeah this all happened after the update the 18 point whatever I also have an iPhone 8 I put it in the recovery mode hope to iTunes which it was been backed up to iCloud and they tell me it was in DFU mode that I had to put it in recovery mode. This is not the first time it happened. It was locked the owner before I sent them all my information they checked everything out it would belong to me and now they’re doing it all over again asking for everything all over again, which they should have it already so they lock my my phone so I can’t reset it

Really you guys should know what you’re doing but you seem like you don’t you got all my information I don’t know how many times I have done this and you’re still doing the same thing. Whatever is going on is going on within the company or with somebody that is with the company before that knows into the ends and out of the company And our targeting different people

if it keeps going on I’m just gonna get rid of Apple products altogether and tell everybody that I can get rid of their Apple products or go do whatever I have to do to do so media whatever this has happened to me I don’t know how many times now and a company like Apple you think they would know better But this is the last dealing with me if it doesn’t get fixed I’m just gonna go to a different product a different phone all together. if you ask me, Samsung’s got way better phone than Apple anyways actually me I think you’re way ahead of Apple. just their cameras alone are way better than Apple will ever be.

I put my iPhone 8 in recovery mode. Connected to iTunes it told me it was in DFU mode when I put in recovery mode and I told me I had to go back to recovery mode to put the factory settings, which is not true you don’t put your phone in recovery mode and then it tells you you’re in DFU mode and then go back to the recovery remote to put it in the FU mode to factory, reset it
