Here's what I can find on the question:

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/technology/wearables/heres-how-you-can-get-apple-watch-free-with-this-hdfc-ergo-plan/articleshow/115940671.cms

But you should contact those companies and confirm availability and the program requirements. Any such promotion would be completely initiated and controlled by them.

From the information in the article I linked to above:

"To avail of this reward, customers must first purchase the Apple Watch and manually register for the Zopper Wellness Program, which is free of charge. This offer is available at all Apple Premium Resellers in India, including Invent, Unicorn, and others. However, it’s important to note that this offer will be exclusively available at offline outlets of Apple Premium Resellers and may vary depending on the city and store. Purchases made through the official Apple website, Amazon, Flipkart, or other retailers will not be eligible for this offer."

If you have further questions, contact HDFC Ergo or Zopper. It's their program, not Apple's.

SCAM...I purchased an Apple Watch  under the "India Gets Moving" scheme, which promised a 100% refund upon meeting step count criteria. Despite honestly walking 15,000+ steps daily, my policy was terminated without reason on February 2, 2025.

My Concerns:

  • I met all criteria and never manipulated data.
  • No prior warning or chance to clarify.
  • Unfair financial loss due to sudden termination.

I requested clarification, escalated to HDFC ERGO, and either a refund or policy reinstatement. Nothing is working out.

Just getting generic mails as reply

I purchased an Apple Watch from Croma, Vellore, under the "India Gets Moving" scheme, which promised a 100% refund upon meeting step count criteria. Despite honestly walking 15,000+ steps daily, my policy was terminated without reason on February 2, 2025.

My Concerns:

  • I met all criteria and never manipulated data.
  • No prior warning or chance to clarify.
  • Unfair financial loss due to sudden termination.

I request clarification, escalation to HDFC ERGO, and either a refund or policy reinstatement. If unresolved, I may escalate this further.
