Unable to send messages from my iPhone using the Messages app
My iMessage won’t send messages even tho I am sending to some with an iPhone and is already activated

Besides toggling iMessage on, you must also add the phone number to use. Right below the green toggle, click on send and receive and you'll see "start new conversation from". You're phone number must be checked here.
If you've already done this, then I apologize in advance and can't offer any other advice.
