Hello Apple. I would like to ask if u guys can maybe add a new flag the flag’s name is Uyghur it was a country until the late 19s but china took that land. So it doesnt really exist anymore but theres alot of uyghurs worldwide and it also has its own flag its basically the turkish flag but in blue.

Apple does not create emoji's. The Unicode Consortium does. You can certainly put in a request for one there, but at present it doesn't appear they are accepting ANY new flag proposals --> https://www.unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html

Emoji are decided by the Unicode consortium, not Apple. See Unicode.org. From what I understand, no additional flags will be made.
