If you deleted the Clock app from your phone, that may well have an effect on the Watch. Re-download the app from the App Store. There are directions here:

You have not provided much detail so for clarification, let me ask - When you push the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to see all apps, do you see Alarms? If so, then there it is.

Here is a second thing to try if my first suggestion did not help - open the Watch app on your iPhone. Scroll down to Available Apps. If it was truly deleted, it should show up there, allowing you to reinstall it.

Have you gone to the App Store on your Apple Watch and searched for "Alarms"? Or the equivalent in your language, if you're using a non-English App Store?

I don't know what "Wecker" is. Is your phone/watch set to a language other than English? It's always helpful to let people know things like that.
