Screen bouncing back to full position in Sequoia

Before Sequoia - I used to be able to grab the screen I am working on and move it to the side so that I could see the screen below - now when I do that the screen bounce back to full position. How do I trun off that feature so that I can move the screen and have it stay partially to the side without it bouncing back to full screen?
