How to create a iCloud account?
i have a apple id but i can not create a icloud id so please help me to make a icloud for useing my macbook pro

Creating a new AppleID without using a non @iCloud email account to set up the account .
Answer - not possible .
Initially a web based account is created it could be yahoo , hot mail ....etc or gmail optional and it's signed in with Mac system preferences to create a new Apple ID account see the article How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support ( if iPhone or other devices are used the steps are explained , however directly you can't create a mail address say example1@icloud.com
The Apple ID is set with secondary authentication in which three answers for security questions , rescue mail address and its password ( credit card details optional are added ) .
Users must keep Apple ID and password same as Apple ID and password , however , more Apple ID address previously created can be added in Mac internet accounts .
