iOS mail not proper format

iPhone 13, iOS 18.1.1 recently updated. I received an email today from an important source not properly formatted. The email contains a weekly communication. It’s as if it squeezed different paragraphs together to form one and also left some letters and words next to a main area. However, my spouse receives the same on her iPhone SE 3 she uses yahoo mail in the yahoo mail app and hers is fine. I use Gmail for this. The issue appears the same in the Apple mail app and in the Gmail app. Again, this is the first time having this issue and first time receiving the mail from this source after 18.1.1 update. Any suggestions for possible resolution greatly appreciated
