MS 365 Outlook email Notifications stopped working after iOS 18 update

iPhone 14 using Outlook works perfect until iOS 18 update. After update Outlook still works it just stopped sending/displaying email notifications. I have checked all settings in both Outlook and MS365 and are set correctly. I setup a gmail app to test and it works perfect. All other apps are working. I finally deleted Outlook and MS365 and reinstalled. Checked all system settings. Same problem. Seems to be isolated to Outlook. I opened a ticket with Microsoft and sent the screen prints of all settings, waiting for response. So right now I get my email notifications via Gmail, and then go into Outlook to respond etc. I have also deleted and reinstalled my iPad and MacBook. This is crazy and annoying as ****!!!! Just to be clear I am NOT using Apple “mail” I only use MS365 subscription Outlook.
