HomePod mini connecting directly to iPhone Bluetooth but can’t access it?

Has anyone else had this issue? For over a year now my HomePods will show being connected directly to my iPhone, even when I’ve reset them and removed them from my account? This photo was taken this morning and I have reset the HomePod and removed it from my Apple account.

I don't see my HomePods under Bluetooth, but they are all configured in the Home app and shared to Anyone On the Same Network. While in the initial setup phase they might be more visible on Bluetooth. That might also be the case if set to Everyone for music playback. What option have you got set?
