Quartile not synching across devices

I have been playing quartiles game on both my iPhone and iPad. My activity is not always synchronized between both devices. Can anyone explain what I need to do to ensure that activity on one device is always reflected on the other device? Yesterday I was playing on my iPhone al day and reached artisan level. When I returned home I used my iPad and the iPad never synched with the level I was at on my iPhone.

Can‘t add any matter device to Apple Home Hi all, Here's the problem I'm having. I can't add Matter devices into my all new Apple Home. I have tested it with the Eve devices for example. If they are based on Thread and Apple Home, then it works. As soon as Matter is in the game it doesn't work anymore. The Matter devices work, as my brother in his Apple Home embed the devices without any problems. An Apple Homepod Mini is used as the border router. The architecture upgrade with the Matter support was already completed in the beta version of iOS.
