Access blocked for security reasons. Call
I got a security alert that has locked my iPad. It gives 8********4 as # to call. Is this a scam?

This is a scam. Apple won't remotely lock your iPad for security reasons. Apple would only lock your apple account for security reasons but then you should never call, then you should reset your Apple ID password Please dismiss the notification
