I bought a new iphone 15 at the apple store on November 26, 2024 and can't redeem my 3 months of apple tv

Apple is not here. Just fellow users. Talk to the staff at the Apple Store about your purchase and if that 3 months of Apple TV is still available, or if it only applied when the iPhone 15 first came on the market.
