Why am I receiving Siri permission errors on my Mac?

Siri is disabled on my work macbook pro by my employer, and I don't want to use it in any case. Despite this, I frequently get an error dialog that says "You do not have permission to use Siri. For more information, contact the person who set up your account." Seems to just pop up randomly and very frequently.
