I have an iPhone 11 and I want to buy a power bank,
can I use the magsafe for that if I have a special case for it
or can you not use it
at all because I want a wireless power bank
or would you recommend another one?

If your case is MagSafe compatible itself it should work. It won't be as fast as native MagSafe compatible phones.
The iPhone itself is not MagSafe compatible, so without a specific case for it simply won't attach to puck, but can be placed on it on a flat surface and charge the phone though.

What "power bank" are you interested in getting? Is it a Qi-certified charger?
If so, it will work, but it will damage the phone and are you sure that it works or should I buy another one? If so, do you know a good power bank or is the one from Apple the best
