I can’t install iOS 18 on iPhone 11 someone help

I have tried to update to iOS 18 but after that it ask to install now I press on it but it say verifying update and loads then says unable to verify update iOS 18.1.1 is temporarily unavailable try again later but I’ve tried since it came out anybody can help me please I have even deleted it and re-download it and restarted my phone

Leading to an infinite loop of trying to install. This wouldn't be an issue if I could just run it on IOS 17, but it is forcing me to download IOS 18. Thus leaving it unusable for the time being. Unable to update iOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone 11 Please help! I have been trying to update my phone all week! When I go into settings and try to "check for update" I keep getting a "unable to check for update" response. I have tried restarting, cleared out 10+ GB of storage, tried 2 different wifis, had the phone on the charger, and still no luck. I have seen on reddit that someone said to go to my storage, and delete the previous IOS update. I have tried to do that, but no delete button populates for me. I'm having issues with my phone and I think that updating it will help resolve so I'm desperate! I currently have IOS 17.4.1 and am trying to update to IOS 18.3.1. IOS 16.3 Hello, I am unable to install the IOS 16.3 update on my IPhone 11, i can download the update but when i try to install it just says verifying update then goes back to the home screen, what could be the problem?
