First aid failed- running first aid on Macintosh HD – data ! OS 15.1.1

Did you follow the instructions in the error message to run First Aid on the Container? The problem is with the hidden Container so running First Aid on the APFS volumes won't do a thing.

Unfortunately Disk Utility now hides the Containers & physical drives so within Disk Utility click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical drive and hidden Containers appear on the left pane of Disk Utility. If you still get the error, then run First Aid while booted into Recovery Mode. If the errors remain, then try running First Aid several times. If after several attempts the errors remain, then you will need to erase the drive followed by reinstalling macOS & restoring from a backup.

Also you should know that when using Disk Utility to fix issues, it is often necessary ro rerun it multiple times before getting an ok result (if that result is possible).

Back up the volume (if possible), erase, and re-install maxOS and use Setup,Assistant or Migration Assistant to reload your data from your backup.
