Have Apple Watch SE second generation. Want to silence messages and calls temporarily. Where in watch settings do I do this. I would like the watch to jiggle/ buss bot not ring or make audible sound

Bring up the Control Center by tapping the side button (the flat oval button next to the Digital Crown). Tap the Silence button.

I find Theatre mode also useful. Not only does it silence the watch, it keep the screen from lighting up until you touch it.
