Received the trade-in box, but there is no return label, no instructions where to send to or drop off?
Unbelievable. As mentioned, the trade-in box has NO return label inside or underneath the original shipping label. After 30 minutes on with 1-800-MY-APPLE, they are accusing me of "throwing it away" or not understanding that it's under the original label. I requested that they email me a shipping label but apparently that's not an option. The only resolution is sending another trade-in kit which will arrive in 3-5 days. I have no confidence that there will be a shipping label inside based on this thread. Frustrating. And of course it's virtually impossible to just "show-up" to an Apple Store and have someone process the return without waiting 1-2 hours. Ugh.
