Unexpected green camera indicator on iPhone

Sometimes the green camera indicator lights up by itself, and when I open the privacy section, it shows the Camera app, even though I haven’t opened it. There can’t be any accidental taps or anything like that because I removed the camera button from the lock screen. Is there a chance this is some kind of virus or something else? I think you know about that thing where if you click on a fake TikTok link, it could take a picture of you? Well, once I clicked on such a link, and it initially asked for camera access, but I denied it. Still, is it possible? If I reset the phone and restore the data, will the 'possible' virus be removed?
