Jump from Catalina to Sequoia
I have a 2019 Mackwood Pro 17 inch that is still running Catalina. Can I jump to Sequoia directly from Catalina?

There is no such thing as a 17" 2019 MacBook Pro. If you meant to say that you have a 16" 2019 MacBook Pro that is still running Catalina, it would be able to run Sequoia.
