Failed Purchase but I got charged and didn’t get the item, it also doesn’t show on apple purchase history
- I paid 25USD for Anki on App Store
- I got charged the 25USD
- Purchase Failed on App Store and I didn’t get Anki
- Payment doesn’t show in purchase history from Apple
- My card balance got deducted, and I didn’t get a refund.
What should I do in this case?
Apple doesn’t let me request a refund since I don’t have Anki nor the purchase history but I got a receipt of the Apple Bill and I’ve talked with the Card Customer Support and they said that Apple was faulty.
Should I send an email to some sort of Apple Customer Support?
If yes could any of you reply with the mail?, please!.
