Unable to update apps on my iPhone SE

I’m not sure why I can’t update no apps and they keep taking money out my account

You can't update apps because there is a problem with your payment method. It may be the case that you started a free trial and did not cancel in time to avoid the subscription charges that you are now seeing. Those subscriptions would need to be cancelled, otherwise they will continue to renew. Removing a card or not have the funds to pay the subscription does not make it automatically go away.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If you owe money that has not been paid, then you will no longer be able to download or update apps until that has been resolved. If the current payment method you have on file has failed to pay those charges, then it may no longer be considered a valid payment method and you would need to add a different one.

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you do not understand the charges that you are seeing you can look further at your Purchase History.
