Pending Purchases from App Store

my son signed up for two monthly subscriptions for two games, one subscription each, and he wasn’t supposed to be able to but he seen my passcode being typed in so I guess he put two and two together. Obviously nothing I can do about the initial purchase but the second one is showing pending in my account for two months now even though I canceled both subscriptions before the first month was even up. Now my I can’t download anything for him because the App Store keeps asking me to verify by adding a card and none of my cards with pass the verification. I’m assuming that apple is still trying to charge me for the second month subscriptions. How do I handle this?
