I dont understand why there’s this bright white cast over my pictures after I take them they look okay in the camera but in the photos they turn white. Sometimes right after I take them sometimes the picture is okay but when I come home and check it it turned white. Here is a picture for reference. Is there a way where I can fix these pics?

What format was this shot in JPEG (most compatible), HEIF or Raw?
Is Exposure Compensation at +/- 0?
If you switch to JPEG do you get the same or similar results? Are you zooming in or out? If not, which lens 1X, .5X or 3X. Do you have a control for HDR?
It’s HEIF and exposure was 0
I don’t really use JPEG it’s the first this is happening. And yeah it was on the 2x zoom I believe. I have HDR turned on but I don’t know what do you mean by if I have a control for it.
