Unable to Connect iPhone (iOS 18.1.1) to macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), iTunes version (12.8.3.1).

I am experiencing an issue connecting my iPhone (iOS 18.1.1) to my Mac running macOS High Sierra (10.13.6) and iTunes

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Verified that I’m using the latest macOS version (10.13.6) and iTunes version (12.8.3.1).
  • Tested the same iPhone with a Mac Pro running macOS Ventura using the same network, and it connected without issues.
  • Unfortunately, syncing via Finder was also unsuccessful. That said, I am able to sync with Photos and view the pictures, which indicates that the computer does recognize the phone.
  • Checked Apple’s support page, which states:
"If your iPhone is using iOS 17 or later, make sure your Mac is using macOS High Sierra or later."
Since I am using macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, this condition is met.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I have also confirmed that my network is stable. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you may have.
