How can I tell if my iPhone has been compromised?

My phone has been hacked since the day I got it repaired and I can’t access anything without it messing around with random numbers and opining and closing random apps. And keeps trying to call random people on its own. I was originally thinking it was just a little glitch but it’s been happening for a while now. And I can’t open it do anything with my phone now.

Sounds like it could be a problem with your digitizer that is built into the screen. The digitizer is responsible for registering touches on the screen and when it begins to fail, the result is something called "ghost touches" that appears as if your phone is acting on it own.

This could have been damaged when you got your phone repaired. Also if you use a screen protector, try removing it as that may interfere with touches also.

If the Serviced iPhone is not as it Should:

A. Disable Screen Time:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Screen Time
  3. Tap: Turn Off Screen Time(so that it is greyed-out)

No success...

Reset this Anew, as if you were to Sell it:

If items are missing from within the GUI, and disabling Screen Time did not work, then I recommend you back up what need be, and then reset your iPhone to factory settings. You'd perform as instructed here, including the iCloud logout and backup creation: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. See where it goes from there. Report back the results.
