iPhone doesn’t charge past 80 anymore since iOS 18

hey everyone, my iPhone 11 doesn’t charge past 80% anymore since I updated to iOS 18. the problem doesn’t occur when turning off optimized charging, but I do understand why not keeping it at 100% for a while does prolong the battery’s life cycle. I assume this is a software problem since I’ve never had the issue before ever since getting this phone five years ago (I got a new battery installed back in spring since the old one‘s capacity had decreased over time, it was done by an official Apple Store and hasn’t showed any problems until now). I’ve heard the same of others using the 11 model ever since the upgrade as well
