Successfully Stopping an App Popping Up on an iPhone:

A. Unpair this from the iPhone:

Go here: Unpair and Erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support. Perhaps you installed an app, and selected to have the Apple Watch take part in the features. So, unpair it.

B. Close All Apps:

Open apps may be pending something here. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.

C. Perform a Force Restart:

Are you the original owner of your iPhone? If not it’s possible the previous owner didn’t unpair their watch from the iPhone.
