Why did my Apple Music subscription price increase?

I got first few months of apple music subscription for free. Now starting with individual plan it showed Rs.999 to pay. Now for the next year for the time of renewal it is showing the cost of Rs.1199. Why is that? Does it change person to person? Because when I went to quora platform. Some people mentioned it Rs.99 per month for individual subscription and some mentioned it is Rs.120 per month for the same subscription in the same year(i.e before 5years). Why did my price go up? Am I missing something here?
