Google Chrome won’t go in the trash

I tried a few times to get Google Chrome in the trash I have Safari so I don’t need Google Chrome. I’m not an android person, but I don’t know why because Google Chrome won’t go in my trash.


iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

You need to Quit Google Chrome, before you can move it from your Applications folder to the trash.

Then you need to go to your User > Library > Application Support > Google Chrome and trash those folders.

You have provided VERY little information, just a symptom. You don't mention how you attempted to Trash it.


BTW, do you have any of the following third party apps installed on your Mac?


       •      Antivirus Apps

       •      Cleaning Apps

       •      Security Apps

       •      VPN Apps

       •      Maintenance Apps
