Passwords and website info suddenly disappeared from iPad Passwords App

My Ipad, updated to iOS 18.1.1 a week ago had a perfectly functioning visible Password App until today. My sync is on and no problems with passwords on iPhone or Mac that are up to date with sync on correct iCloud settings. I have turned off everything, left devices off for a while, turned them back on, waited a while and then recynced one at a time over the period of an hour. I recynced the iPad last. Still no passwords show on iPad but the passwords seem to function on websites but I can't see anything at all when I unlock the password app. It's just blank after unlocking. I checked Privacy and nothing there seems to be any different. Have done all the turn off, reinstall, checked iCloud settings, etc. so basic stuff has been done. Any ideas on how to make the passwords and websites visible on my iPad again?
