How to change TV provider on iPhone/iPad?

On your iPhone you might try this;

Go to Settings and at the Top of the screen in the Search Window type "TV" (without quotes)

Then look at the list it gives you and look for "TV Provider Sign Out" and click on that.

Then it will give you an option to sign out of your TV Provider. It will also tell you that you need to do this for all your IOS devices. The other option is to cancel and keep your current TV provider info.

After you have done this you should be able to change to a different TV Provider in Settings.

Does your TV provider have an IOS app? If yes do you have it installed on your iPhone / iPad and signed on to it? The TV Provider will see this log on and assign your TV provider to the app, which allows you to see what other apps you have that will be compatible to your TV provider app. This info is provided by clicking on TV Provider and you should see "About TV Provider & Privacy link at the top of the screen.

If you have not installed a TV Provider app then you won't see the above information. I'm not sure, but maybe the EE or 02 indication is the default for not have TV Provider app installed.

Ok then if you don't plan on installing another TV provider app, then I'm not sure how you would change it. You might try contacting Apple Support to see if they have a better resolution.
