Sequoia and MIDI patch definitions

I recently switched to a Mac Mini with Sequoia. I had to import MIDI patch lists from my old computer as nothing showed up in Sequoia. Now my MIDI patch info is not being stored. Everytime I re-open my DAW the MIDI patches are blank. Also, some of the patches revert to patches I'm using in other sessions when I hit play. Something is definitely wrong!!
