Adding brand location to Apple Business Connect for Apple Maps stuck at Step 4 with Spinning.

Every time I get to step 4 and try to select existing brand to add my location the next or continue button just spins and can't go to the next step . I have tried this with many devices and browsers but always does the same thing. Please help me figure this out or why it won't let me get past the branding page.

The brand is already setup and ready to go and verified . Doesn't seem like Apple takes much interest in support because this is a very common problem from the research I have done and getting a reply or resolution is like pulling teeth .


I don't understand why they offer a service for business but either the backend is messed up and won't fix it or just don't care about supporting a product that everyone uses on their phone ie Apple Maps to locate local business etc .


i'm not expecting a response since I have tried to contact Apple many times via email

support and also posted about this before but no luck on either .

Step 4 of what? A bit of context makes it easier for us to help here.

And you won't get an official one here. This is a community of end users. Apple are not here and will neither see nor respond to your issues in this setting. And we do not process complaints on Apple's behalf.

The other issue is, as a consumer product venue, there is no peer support for Apple's special initiatives, such as Business Manager and School Manager, in these forums. It is my understanding is that, when a business or school signs up for the initiative program, one person in the organization becomes the point for tech support. They have special contact information appropriate to problems and inquiries regarding the program. Are you that person?


The bottom line is you do not get responses here because ABM is far beyond the scope of consumer products user forums.

Sorry about that . I assumed it was just putting this in the support portion of the Apple business connect .


im referring to Step 4 of 4 when adding a brand to your location on apple business connect for Apple Maps .


it does it every single time . I was able to add one location and even got the brand setup for the 2nd location and approved but physically adding the location seems impossible. I've been trying for 4 weeks so far .
