inability to log on to wifi iphone 16
The Wi-Fi icon tab is 'grayed.' I can not click on it, and it does not automatically log on to our home's Wi-Fi services. I have turned the phone and Wi-Fi off and restarted both to no avail.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
Once the procedure noted above has been successfully completed, then ensure that the Wi-Fi option is not greyed out and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
