The transfer of sleep data from my Apple Watch SE to my iPhone 15 has always been intermittent but it now seems to have stopped completely. Can anyone suggest ways of remedying the problem?

Did you already force restart your watch and iPhone?
To force restart your watch, hold down the Digital Crown and the Side button at the same time for at least 10sec, until the Apple Logo comes back again on the screen.

Is the watch still connected to the iPhone via Bluetooth?
If the force restart did not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:

Your watch can not be upgraded to watchOS 11, and your iPhone is upgraded to iOS 18.2 ?
The watch is still connected via bluetooth. I have tried your suggestion and did a force restart on the watch and iPhone but the data still doesn't transfer. Any other ideas? Thanks KC
