My rear side of my 16+ phone is badly damaged.

You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple. If it's just the glass broken, they can replace the back glass for an iPhone 16 Plus is $199. If Apple determines they can't fix it, you did say it is badly damaged, then they will offer you a replacement as "other damage" will will cost $599.
