Voice Echo during phone call
When I make or receive a call I hear my own voice echo, but the person on the other end of the line sounds normal and they can't hear my voice echoing on their end?

That's an artifact of the cellular network, not the phone.
Hang up and call back, if it continues, contact your cellular carrier.
