Depends on the card you are planning to use. Apple Pay is not an account that holds any money, so that is not possible.
- If you have a bank debit card in your Wallet, then you can use the contactless options on an ATM machine to withdraw funds from the account for that card.
- If you are talking about the Apple Card (credit), then no it is not possible to have a cash advance on the Apple Card.
- If you are talking about Apple Cash, then no that is not possible either.
