Subscribing from Apple account

How can I subscribe a dating site with my Apple balance,when there’s just provision to use a card and I don’t have one

You cannot use Apple Balance outside of the App Store apps and their included subscriptions.

If you're trying to subscribe directly on a website, then you need to use whatever payment methods they support.

You can't. If it is asking for a card you'll need a card.
