Ecobee Doorbell Integration with HomeKit Secure Video

I recently installed Ecobee Smart Camera Doorbells for both the front and back doors and they are nicely integrated with my Ecobee VI Premium Smart Thermostat (Model # EB-STATE6P-01).

Unfortunately, these doorbells do NOT support HomeKit Secure Video and an Ecobee subscription is required for many features like storing video.

I’ve added all my Ecobee devices to HomeKit using my 2021 Apple TV 4K (32 GB) 2nd Generation as a hub.

Can anyone recommend a way of getting these doorbells connected to HomeKit Secure Video? (I presume that I need a bridge of some kind.)
