Report a reseller in South Africa

Hi there!

I need some advice.

I bought AirPods from iTech Central, a premium reseller of Apple products. The left AirPod doesn't work. I've mailed them twice with no response. I phoned them twice and both times the call goes straight to voicemail. I've posted on their Facebook page, but it seems like they blocked me because I can't access their page anymore. I've posted on their Instagram page and they deleted the comment. I can't post on Hellopeter because they aren't listed there.

How do I report them to Apple for this abysmal service? They really shouldn't be a representative of Apple.
