My airpod pro microphone is muffled. I had complaints in a Zoom call and phone calls as of late. I have reset them. I have tested a voice memo on my phone and there is a clear difference in quality when I use my airpods. Does this mean the mic is done and I need new ones?
I hear this a lot the last times, that there are issues with AirPods in video conferencing apps. What I would do is to give this as feedback to apple so that they can look into it. Please do so using this form
